Reading Reducing Stress now this is very important that reading has the power to transport you to another world and away from the boring daily routine. By doing so, reading can decrease stress, lower heart rate, and reduce blood pressure.

Reading is a Workout while reading, we have to remember different characters and settings that belong to a given story. Tip: See these are books that I specially recommended to beginners who want to adopt new habits this new year. One thing I want to suggest to you is to try to read at least one page a day and try to increase the ratio per week for example if it's the First day you read one page per day and you continue to do books these steps for a week. Now next week try to read two pages per day and continue the same process also and so on. So after some time, you get what you want a new habit of reading books.
